Services are subject to availability and may require pre-booking or subscription agreements. Detailed service descriptions will be provided upon registration or purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion, with reasonable notice where feasible.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or using our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Use of our services must comply with UK laws and regulations, including those related to data protection and security.

You must not use the Website or services for any illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to systems or distribution of malicious content.

All services require pre-payment via authorized online portals on the Website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing is listed on the Website and is correct at the time of publication, subject to change with notice. We are not liable for delays due to unavailable supplies.

Subscriptions, if offered, will automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled in accordance with the process outlined in your confirmation email. Payment will be charged to the method on file at current rates, which may differ from the initial term.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until cleared.

Products or services come with a 12-month warranty from purchase date, limited to repair or replacement at our discretion, provided they are used as instructed. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or improper installation.

 

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments.

You may terminate your account with one month’s written notice after the initial 12-month term, subject to any outstanding fees.

Upon termination, any prepaid services remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
